The Roomba 960 is very efficient in cleaning floors in different rooms and also features virtual walls. It can be scheduled for an entire week, and can be controlled through the mobile app, Alexa and Google Assistant. You can just ask Alexa or Google Assistant to start, stop and even dock the Roomba 960. The best part about the Roomba 960 is its intuitive cleaning modes – one sweep, double sweep and automatic. At its entry level price, you are actually getting an excellent deal. Considering the Roomba lineage, the cleaning is without a doubt very good, and it manages corners and other hard to reach areas very well.
We recommend the Roomba 675 to anyone who wants a good robot home vacuum cleaner at a low price, and wants wi-fi and app control of the robot cleaner. If you have a more complex floor design, with areas that you want to keep Roomba free, then you will need a virtual wall, which is not available with this Roomba, and which you will find in the Roomba 960.

iRobot Roomba 620 – a budget robot home vacuum cleaner that does a solid job
This is the Roomba model that will get your home cleaned with minimum effort, minimum complications and a very reasonable price. The no nonsense Roomba that has been on top of the popularity charts for a very very long time. The Roomba 620 works hard at doing its core job of thoroughly cleaning your home’s floors, and taking vacuuming out of our worry list.
The 620 is a basic model which is not programmable and it doesn’t have a remote control either, but it performs its task of cleaning very effectively. It works for every kind of home and floor and is backed by the incredible durable and effective technology of iRobot.
However don’t expect any miracles from this budget Roomba, it will clean effectively, but if faced with an obstruction, it may get stuck or it may go around rugs or not go over that 1 inch height difference between rooms. It will also not clean up a soggy mess, well, and dog poop will turn into a terrible mess.
Having said all that, if you have a straightforward cleaning job, even floors and not too many complications (it does a good job with corners, so no problem there), then this is a great device for its price.
